A super simple no-bake dessert. Crushed biscuits and pistachios coated in melted dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 170g unsalted butter, cubed
  • 250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 100g pistachios
  • 280g biscuits
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Method

  1. Lightly butter a 9” loaf pan, then place plastic wrap on top.
  2. Roughly chop the biscuits, making sure to leave large chunks.
  3. Melt the butter, dark chocolate, and maple syrup in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
  4. Once completely melted, stir in the biscuits and pistachios until completely coated.
  5. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan, pressing down. Let cool for at least 3 hours in the fridge before slicing.
