A super simple no-bake dessert. Crushed biscuits and pistachios coated in melted dark chocolate.
Ingredients
- 170g unsalted butter, cubed
- 250g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 100g pistachios
- 280g biscuits
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method
- Lightly butter a 9” loaf pan, then place plastic wrap on top.
- Roughly chop the biscuits, making sure to leave large chunks.
- Melt the butter, dark chocolate, and maple syrup in a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth.
- Once completely melted, stir in the biscuits and pistachios until completely coated.
- Transfer to the prepared loaf pan, pressing down. Let cool for at least 3 hours in the fridge before slicing.
